It is apparent on record that the petitioners were engaged through an outsourced agency. Identity card of petitioner no.1, Annexure P-1, also shows that he was in employment of Swift Securitas Private Limited. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners could not point out any document or material on record establishing that the petitioners were ever engaged by the university or removed/relieved by them. 4.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 5.

Dismissed.
