***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J .(Oral) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar informed that the alleged detenue had been recovered and her statement had been recorded wherein she stated that she wishes to reside with Hitesh Kumar, out of her own free will, and that she is aged about 18 years. In view of the aforestated position, no further directions are required to be issued. The petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to have recourse to all appropriate remedies as may be available to him particularly pertaining to pursuing the FIR which already stands lodged against Hitesh Kumar.
