Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 4 months and 22 days and commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from him, it being 70 kgs of poppy husk, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
