(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-plaintiff No.1 seeks the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuh (for short, 'the trial Court') to decide the Civil Suit No.528 of 2017 titled as 'Deepa Gupta and another Vs. Sahu and others', within some specific time frame, while averring that the same is pending since the year 2017.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner in the present revision-petition, at the preliminary stage and have also perused the file carefully.

Keeping in view the fact that the above-referred Civil Suit is pending adjudication for the last more than 06 years and without YAG DUTT 2024.01.12 16.44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement

CR No.157 of 2024 -22024:PHHC:003393 commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the said Suit, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of with the direction to the concerned trial Court to expedite the proceedings and to decide the aforementioned Civil Suit, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
