This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed in CWP-12572-2025.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the appointment letter dated 20.02.2026 in Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
