This petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.55 dated 02.05.2023, registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, at Police Station City-1 Mansa, District Mansa.

On 05.12.2024, the following order was passed:- "XX XX XX XX The FIR was lodged at the instance of Tarsem Lal, wherein it is alleged that Ravi Khan @ Jameel Khan (petitioner) alongwith Kuldeep Singh @ Manpreet Singh had defrauded him of an amount of Rs.26 lakhs while holding out a representation that in case the complainant invests the said amount in purchase of a pedigreed bull, he would be able to earn huge profits as the pedigreed bull, whose actual price was Rs.60 lakhs, was available for an amount of Rs.48 lakhs.

CRM-M-60967-2024 identically situated co-accused namely Kuldeep Singh @ Manpreet Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 31.7.2024 (Annexure P-3) and as such the petitioner, in any case, deserves the same concession on grounds of parity apart from the fact that there is no convincing evidence to establish the allegations. Notice of motion for 3.4.2025.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482 BNSS."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhola Singh, at the very outset, informs the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, order dated 05.12.2024 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
