On 04.03.2024 the following order was passed : "In the present case a decree sheet was drawn up vide order dated 05.12.2016 which till date stands. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to address the arguments qua the maintainability of the present revision petition. On his request, adjourned to 14.05.2024."

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
