  This petition has been filed for quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA-5144/2014 dated 21.05.2014 titled as 'Manju Mittal Vs. Virender Singh' under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well as summoning order dated 09.09.2014 alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
