(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents to refrain from interfering into peaceful possession of petitioner over the case property i.e. property/shop measuring 11-8/9 sq. yards, comprised in Khasra No.716/358/2, Khata No.507/530, as per jamabandi for year 1996-97, situated at Tarf Sekhewal, Tehsil & District Ludhiana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in the Civil Suit filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
