In the present writ petition, petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release 50,202/- along with interest @ 18% and subscription amount, which was deposited by him from 1987 till his retirement which comes to 18,710/- being principle along interest @ 18%.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the legal notice served by the petitioner earlier, the respondents passed an order dated 22.03.2024 (Annexure P4). The respondents did not consider the submission made in legal notice while passing the abovesaid order. The petitioner has served reminders dated 22.04.2024 (Annexure P5) and dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure P7).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be VIVEK PAHWA 2025.11.14 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the reminder dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure P7) served by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
