(Oral) Petition herein is, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Revenue Authorities to conduct a fresh demarcation of land bearing khasra No. 473, Trail 479/2, Rudi Awadi under the supervision of the learned SDM/Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
