The present petitions have been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.260, dated 22.08.2025, under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala City. 2.

On 24.03.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel inter alia contend that the petitioners were working as Assistant Accountant, Chief Accountant and RC maker in the branch of the firm at Ambala and all bills were being signed and approved by the complainant at Naraingarh and there is an audit used to be also conducted. Thus the allegations levelled are false. Accordingly, there was a compromise that was arrived at between the parties but after 4 months thereof, the FIR came to be registered, which relates to the bills between 2022 to 2025. Petitioners had been terminated from service on 31.03.2025.

He refers to the Annexure P3, which is an invoice, in favour of one Jagtar Singh, who had purchased an Activa, for which the owner had got prepared two different invoice numbers, QR codes and date of the bills as also there is a complaint under GST filed by the petitioners against the complainant, due to which they are being implicated. The Coordinate Bench had vide order dated 04.02.2026, ordered 'no coercive action be taken against the petitioners.' They are not involved in any other cases and are ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation on or before 02.04.2026. In the event of their arrest, they shall be ASHOK KUMAR 2026.04.09 19:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-58704-2025 and connected cases -2released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482

(2) BNSS.

However, it is clarified that if the petitioners do not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.

Learned counsel submits that in pursuance of the afore-mentioned order, the petitioners have not only joined investigation but also fully cooperated with the investigating agency. He further submits that in case the investigating agency requires the petitioner to appear, they shall make themselves available without demur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer affirms the factum of joining the investigation by the petitioners and cooperating with the investigating agency. He also submits that at this stage, the petitioners are not required for further custodial interrogation. 5.

In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioners are allowed and the order dated 24.03.2026 granting interim bail to them, is hereby made absolute, subject to compliance of conditions as specified under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioners fail to join and cooperate with the investigating agency as and when required, the State would be at liberty to move an application for cancellation of the present anticipatory bail granted to them.
