(ORAL) Prayer in the present 1st petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 is for quashing of FIR No. 100 dated 02.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 294, 313, 323, 34, 406, 498-A and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Women Police Station Sonipat, District Sonipat and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
