Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to step-up the petitioner's pay at par with that of his junior Harpal Singh, Social Studies Master.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that Harpal Singh's pay was wrongly fixed initially. Pursuant to a communication, dated 23.08.2021, Annexure P-6, his pay has now been rectified, and re-fixed vide office order, dated 22.02.2024.

In view thereof, no cause survives to the petitioner, at this stage.
