CR-7049-2024 (O&M) The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 15(5) of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949, for setting aside of impugned order dated 17.09.2021 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Chandigarh, and impugned order dated 16.11.2024, whereby appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that a compromise has been effected between the parties in terms of the paragraph No.3 of the application i.e. CM-4168-CII-2026.

In view of the above and in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the present civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
