- CM-1827-CI-2024 Application has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.4,Nasib Kaur, who is stated to have expired on 29.06.2018, leaving behind her legal representatives, as mentioned in para No.3 of the application. It is further stated that there is no other legal representative.

In view of the averments made in the application duly supported by an affidavit, same is allowed. Legal representatives, as mentioned in para No.3 of the application are allowed to be brought on record, only for the purpose of pursuing the present litigation. CM stands disposed of.

CM-1828-CI-2024 Application has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.5,Gurnam Kaur, who is stated to have expired on 10.09.2017, leaving behind her legal representatives, as mentioned in para No.3 of the application. The said deceased-appellant had also executed a Registered Will dated 11.07.2017. It is further stated that there is no other legal representative.

Accordingly, without commenting upon the veracity of the Will and in view of the averments made in the application duly supported by an affidavit, same is allowed. Legal representatives, as mentioned in para No.3 of the application are allowed to be brought on record, only for the purpose of pursuing the present litigation.
