Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.154 dated 15.10.2024, under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, registered at P.S. City Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.

Registry of this Court has reported that, although the instant petition has been filed by stating it to be the first petition, however, prior to institution of the instant petition, a petition bearing No. CRM-M-60596-2024 was already filed by the petitioner on the same cause of action. Therefore, the instant petition is a duplicate petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In view of the report made by the Registry, the instant petition is dismissed, being a duplicate petition.
