Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to investigate into the suicide note dated 29.05.2023, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that FIR No.49 dated 23.03.2024, under Section 346 IPC, pursuant to the complaint was registered against unknown person, which having been enquired into, an untraced report has been submitted on 24.05.2025, which is pending before the trial Court on 30.09.2025.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, leaving the petitioner a liberty to approach the Court concerned, in accordance with law, if need arises.
