Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., the petitioners seek the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.27 dated 26.02.2024, under Sections 323, 341, 379-B, 34 IPC, and, Sections 394, 397, 120-B (411 IPC added later on), (Section 379-B IPC deleted later on), registered at P.S. Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Leave granted.
