The petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-issue them new passports. 2.

The learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the petitioners have already supplied the requisite documents and the same are being processed. He further submits that appropriate decision, in accordance with law, shall be taken within a period of two weeks. 3.
