***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) for seeking quashing of FIR No.475 dated 31.10.2018 registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including the order dated 26.03.2021, whereby the charges were framed against the petitioner under Sections 420, 120-B of the IPC. 2.

Learned State Counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges framed against him vide order dated 21.02.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barnala in CIS No.CHI/14/2021. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
