1. Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner is seeking regularisation after completion of 240 days of service, as has been granted to similarly situated employee namely Yashpal vide order dated 11.09.2024, Annexure P-5, who had approached this Court by filing CWP-20202-2024, which was disposed of vide order dated 22.08.2024, Annexure P-4, to consider the case. In this regard, a representation dated 05.07.2024, Annexure P-3, has been submitted by him, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, !* + , ())-# $ accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

consider and decide the representation dated 05.07.2024 within a period of 6 weeks, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon ! "
