(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to mention, the petitoner would also be at liberty to move application for exemption from personal appearance before the Trial Court, which shall be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law and shall be disposed off expeditiously.
