SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 04.09.2024 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh relies on the Full Bench judgment dated 30.05.2024 of the said Tribunal in O.A. No.728 of 2020 titled as Chanchal Singh Versus Union of India and others. He further submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one by challenging the afore-said judgment. Granting liberty as prayed for hereinabove, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
