RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Allotment Authority/Prescribed Authority, Rohtak, respondent No.3 to issue Form US-4 to the petitioner regarding the land measuring 32 Kanals and 4 marlas, situated in village Bahu, Akbarpur, Tehsil and District Rohtak, allotted to the petitioner by the Allotment Authority, Rohtak vide Form US-3 dated 03.11.1977 (Annexure P-1) and to direct the Tehsildar, Rohtak, respondent No.2, to enter and sanction mutation of the aforesaid land in favour of the petitioner and further to direct respondent No.3 to deliver possession of the aforesaid land to the petitioner at the spot in accordance with the provisions of Para 8-A and 10 of the Haryana Utilisation of Surplus and other Areas Scheme, 1976. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has served a legal notice, dated 02.11.2023 (Annexure P-5) to respondents No.2 and 3, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
