Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS') for directing respondent No.2 to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.0205 dated 12.10.2024 under Sections 115, 126(2), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station, Sector 31, Chandigarh.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was no inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the quarter concerned, as per law.
