The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 for transferring the investigation to some Senior Police Official and conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 336 (Annexure P-3) dated 31.07.2024 under Sections 34, 354-A and 506 of IPC and Sections 201, 500, 376, 384 and 120-B IPC added later on registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. 2.

Reply by way of an affidavit of Manpreet Singh Sudan, IPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, HQ-1, Panchkula has been filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 along with Annexures, which are taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners and accordingly, he does not want to press the present petition at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed at this stage.

However, the present file be kept along with other two files i.e. CRM-M-52008-2024 and CRM-M-52806-2024 as the reply and the documents filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panchkula could be of much importance for adjudicating the matters.
