Learned Senior counsel submits that petitioner has been transferred from Panchkula to Village Baoli, Agra without considering the policies dated 08.12.2014 and 26.11.2024 with regard to the transfer of female employees issued by Govt. of India. In this regard, many representations including Annexures P-9 and P-19 have been submitted, which have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondent to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. S.S. Gill, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Bank and on instructions from Mr. Akhil Bansal, Sr. Manager, Circle Office, Karnal, Canara Bank, submits that the same shall be decided within a period of 2 weeks.
