5,,    2. Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner was working as a Mandi Supervisor and tendered his resignation, which was accepted on 05.04.2022, with a condition that he will not be entitled to the benefit of service rendered by him in the Board, despite therebeing a notification in his favour dated 08.03.2018, while the advertisement for his appointment to the aforesaid post was issued on 29.12.2018. A representation dated 17.07.2024, Annexure P-13 has been submitted by him and he was also called for personal hearing vide letter dated 05.07.2024 and received on 08.07.2024, however, his request to grant him another opportunity, was not responded to. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Divyansh Shukla, Advocate appears for Mr. Padamkant Dwivedi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.2 and has no objection to the limited prayer made. 5. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 17.07.2024 within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon          !" !
