This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-3758-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that a speaking order has since been passed. Short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Kuldeep Singh, Additional Superintendent Engineer (Operation), City Division, Hoshiarpur alongwith speaking order (Annexure A-1) has been filed in the Registry, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
