Present petition has been filed by the petitioner namely Imran Sarpanch, aged about 28 years, for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to arrest respondent No.4 for embezzling the funds of Panchayat Ghasera.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, to enable him to avail the appropriate legal remedy, if available, in due course of law. 3.
