The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 20.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) and to take appropriate action against respondents No. 4 to 8.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, coupled with the fact that it is a land dispute between the parties, the present petition apparently seems to be an attempt to exert pressure on the respondents, however, after arguing on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
