The contemnor is present in the Court and he tendered his unconditional apology in the shape of affidavit. Keeping in view the unconditional apology tendered by the contemnor through affidavit, this Court is constrained to accept the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent. Consequently, the instant contempt petition is closed and the respondent is discharged. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
