The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 117, dated 01.03.2023, under Section 379 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 18.12.2023 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
