(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./528 of BNSS of 2023, is for the issuance of directions to the respondents for a free, fair and impartial further investigation in the FIR No.36 dated 27.02.2023 registered under Sections 317, 307, 325 and 120-B of IPC and Section 302 IPC added later on vide a Special Report dated 31.03.2025 at Police Station Dugri (Annexure P-2). The counsel for the private respondents submits that a report under Section 173(2) already stands presented. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to seek further investigation by filing an appropriate application in this regard before the concerned Court.
