The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.182 dated 13.05.2023, under Section 346 IPC, 1860 (Sections 354A(1)(i), 354C, 354D, 376, 376(2)(n), 450 IPC; Sections 6, 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 67-A, 67-B of the Information Technology Act, added later on), registered at Police Station Hansi Sadar, District Hansi (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel has informed that charge-sheet has been issued to the petitioner as per the order dated 23.07.2024 and charges have also been framed under Sections 509, 328 IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Photocopy of the order dated 23.07.2024, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Special Court), Hisar, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action.
