Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petitions have been filed against rejection of the petitioners' candidature for the post of PGT Political Science and Biology pursuant to advertisement 18 to 37 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024, on the ground of not possessing a valid HTET/STET certificate, which is an essential qualification.

The petitioners are seeking participation in the selection process on the strength of having approached this Court earlier seeking grace marks in the HTET 2023 examination, which is pending adjudication. AVIN KUMAR 2024.12.10 16:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

In the case of identically placed candidates the issue has already been decided by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.30277 of 2024, upholding the Commission's decision in not allowing the petitioners to participate in the selection process. Further, learned counsel for the Commission contends that interviews for the posts are already over, and the marks of scandidates for interview as well as written examination have also been uploaded on the Commission's website.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petitions. 5.
Dismissed.
