(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to add Sections 307 and 326 in FIR No.124 dated 28.04.2023 registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 148, 149, 427, 506, and 120-B IPC at P.S. Rama Mandi, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition while stating that the wife of the petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of Punjab State Human Rights Commission at Chandigarh and the said complaint is pending consideration for 23.02.2024, in view thereof, the petitioner does not intend to press the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
