The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of revocation deed dated 13.01.2025. He is further seeking direction to respondent to decide his representation dated 11.09.2025.

The petitioner and his father are partners in a partnership firm carrying out business of construction. They added respondent No.4 as partner by way of partnership deed dated 01.09.2020. All the partners executed a Special Power of Attorney in favour of petitioner on 13.07.2022. They also signed an undertaking nominating petitioner to ensure compliance with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The respondent No.4 unilaterally revoked Special Power of Attorney by way of revocation deed dated 25.12.2024 which was registered before DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.03.17 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-30988-2025 -2respondent No.3 on 23.01.2025 without the consent of petitioner or other partner. He filed representation dated 11.09.2025 to respondent No.3 seeking setting aside of revocation deed but to no avail. 3.
Learned State counsel submits that Registrar, Fatehabad has rejected petitioner's representation.

Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to with withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedy as permissible by law.
