Upon finding that the application filed before the Assistant Labour Commissioner concerned is ambiguous and does not clearly articulate the petitioner's grievance, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the said application, with liberty to submit a fresh properly articulated application in respect of his cause of action. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents collectively state that they have no objection to the request made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the Assistant Labour Commissioner concerned is set aside. DEVINDER YADAV 2025.11.20 09:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-31130-2025 The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. In the event such an application is filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Needless to state, this Court has not observed anything regarding the right of the petitioner.
