The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to initiate disciplinary action against doctors and employees of Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital, Kharkhoda who went on strike from 16.07.2024 to 08.08.2024. He is further seeking action against the respondents for violating the mandate of State Litigation Policy by not filing reply to his legal notice. 2.

The petitioner is a resident of village Gorad, Tehsil Kharkhoda, District Sonepat. He is aggrieved from the strike of the hospital staff of the Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital, Kharkhoda, Sonipat (for "SDCH") from 16.07.2024 to 08.08.2024. The staff went on strike without any issue or demand. The doctors of the government hospital are having interest in the private hospitals situated at Kharkhoda and are forcing patients to avail PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2026.04.21 05:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.31288-2025(O&M) -2treatment in those hospitals. He served a spate of legal notices upon the respondents seeking action qua strike as well as action against the doctors but to no avail.

Written statement/affidavit filed by Senior Medical Officer, SDCH on behalf of respondents No. 4 and 5 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 4.

As per affidavit, essential medical services of SDCH were never discontinued during the alleged period. The hospital administration ensured that OPD services, emergency services and distribution of medicines will remain fully functional.

In the wake of afore-stated affidavit, the petition stands disposed of.
