, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No. 430 dated 06.07.2023 registered under Sections 408, 420 (Section 120-B of the IPC was added later on) at Police Station Gurgaon Sadar, District Gurugram alongwith the final report dated 29.06.2024. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits at the outset that she has instructions to withdraw the present petition so as to take all pleas before the competent Court at an appropriate stage. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
