***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, learned State counsel has filed the compliance affidavit of the respondent. As per the same, the representation has since been decided, vide the speaking order, copy whereof is Annexure P-1, annexed with the affidavit.

In view of the contents of the affidavit, coupled with the order passed, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, as he shall be seeking appropriate remedy to assail the speaking order.
