Mr. Gaurav Goel, Advocate for the respondent-Bank, has invited the attention of the Court to para No.1 of the reply, Annexure P-5 to the legal notice served by the petitioner. He submits that some documents as mentioned therein are required to be produced by the petitioner and the Bank is prepared to hand over the original title deeds deposited with it by the mortgagor. 2.

Let the petitioner produce the original documents sought for, before the concerned Branch Manager within a fortnight. In case the petitioner produces the requisite documents, Bank, on being satisfied, shall hand over the original title deeds as assured by Mr. Gaurav Goel, Advocate. 3.
