AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide representation dated 22.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2 and take necessary action against respondent Nos.4 & 5 in connection with FIR No.0111 dated 07.08.2025 under Sections 109(1),115,61 of BNSS. Status report by way of affidavit of Suraj Chawla, DSP, Naraingarh, District Ambala has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6. Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report in this case has since been filed. Sequence of events leading to filing of the said report have been elaborated in the status report.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through V.C submits that in the light of aforesaid fact, she would assail the said cancellation report by filing protest petition before the concerned Magistrate.
