Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.107 dated 4.10.2022 under Sections 21, 27-A, 29, 61 and 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ramdas, Amritsar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 3.
