Briefly stating the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of 'Manju Devi', hereinafter being referred to as complainant only. It was stated by the complainant that her 74 years old mother, namely Chinta Devi, was staying with her. According to complainant on 10.05.2024 at about 09:00 A.M. their neighbours Aarti, Naresh and the wife of Naresh had picked up a quarrel with each other, and that on the call of Aarti, when the complainant went to the street, she, too, came under assault verbally as well as physically. It was further stated by the complainant
that after the above-mentioned incident, when she was brushing her teeth, Sachin (petitioner herein) came there and overturned a blue coloured wooden cart, carrying an umbrella. As per complainant, the abovesaid act of the petitioner was responsible for the injuries on the person of Smt. Chinta Devi, who was taken to the hospital but passed away. 3.
