(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.9 dated 15.07.2025 under Sections 13(2) and 13(1) (a) of the Prevention and Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 318(4) and 61 of BNS registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Panchkula, Haryana. 2.

Mr. Manish Bansal, Advocate has appeared and filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant today in the Court and the same is taken on record.

Status report dated 15.11.2025 has been filed on behalf of respondent-State by the learned State counsel and the same is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 16.10.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 16.10.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 16.10.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 8.

Petition stands disposed of.
