This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 7.6.2023, Annexure P-2, for taking action on the petitioner's complaint against respondent no.5/School Principal.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the matter is under consideration and appropriate action as may be required after ascertaining the facts, will be taken.
