The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 03.04.2024 whereby he was denied the same pay and allowances which are being granted to similarly situated employees. 2.

Learned State Counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed vide order dated 21.10.2025 passed by Commandant 4th Battalion HAP Madhuban, thus, writ petition has rendered infructuous.
